Using new technology, home owners will have their property filmed in a 360-degrees walk-through, achieving a visually stunning experience similar to Google Street view, where one can interact in a virtual space viewing a property from home or a Frank Salt Real Estate office.
“By means of this innovative technology, we are able to immerse prospective buyers to find and explore our properties from the comfort of their homes or visit one of our branches to explore dozens of properties within minutes, saving hours of traveling around,” said director Darren De Domenico.
Virtual reality is even more important for foreign buyers living overseas, who might not need to fly to Malta to physically look at the property, but can visualise it and be taken through the property from their preferred electronic device.
“Open houses are only a couple of hours a week but with virtual reality, we can be open 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year,” Mr. De Domenico added.
Frank Salt Real Estate’s virtual tours are fully interactive, meaning that a homebuyer can chose where they want to go and what they want to see. Additionally, every tour can also be viewed with a virtual reality headset device such as Samsung VR or Google Cardboard for an enhanced experience.
